Woodgates

At seed we specialise in the repair and renovation of listed buildings. Our skilled craftsmen provide oak frame repairs, traditional lime rendering, quality brickwork and all other aspects of sensitive construction techniques which are required when working with historic buildings.

Woodgates is a grade 2* listed property with a wealth of period features. Seed are currently undertaking the sensitive restoration of this beautiful period house together with an extension and extensive re-planting and garden landscape scheme.

We are working together with the local Conservation Team and Planners to design and create a sympathetic scheme that protects the listed building whilst providing the benefit of additional accommodation at the property.

We have repaired and updated a number of listed buildings in the local area and have a good understanding of the process of protecting and updating our important listed buildings.
