Dormer bungalow conversion

Conversion of a dormer bungalow into a stunning contemporary open plan home by seed. The original 1970’s bungalow was re-designed and converted into a stunning open plan home.

We worked together with the owners to create a sense of light and space. The new scheme is a delightful sanctuary, bright, light and spacious. The exterior scheme was designed to blend with the local vernacular style of architecture, transforming the bungalow without the need for radical re-building, whilst the interior scheme creates a peaceful house that flows seamlessly from one room to the next.

As with all of our projects we worked with the owners to achieve their design goals, we produced the initial concept design, the full planning application, and worked with the local authority to gain approval for our clients. We carried out the build and on site management of the project providing high levels of consistent service and quality workmanship.
